Refund Policy

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
HashTurn is committed to delivering high-quality work that meets the agreed scope. We have a 5-star track record with 200+ projects. Client satisfaction is our top priority.
2. Revisions & Adjustments
All projects include a revision period (specified in the project agreement) during which we will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge. We encourage clients to review deliverables carefully and provide clear feedback.
Revision rounds typically include:
- Starter projects: 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery
- Growth projects: 3 rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery
- Enterprise projects: Unlimited revisions within the agreed support period
3. When Refunds Are Issued
You are entitled to a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Work not started: If you cancel before we begin work, your full deposit is refunded.
- Failed delivery: If HashTurn is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work, you receive a full refund for work not completed.
- Critical defect not resolved: If a delivered automation completely fails to function as specified and we are unable to fix it within the revision period, a full refund is issued.
4. When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Work has been delivered as specified and the client changes their mind
- The client provides incorrect requirements that affect the outcome
- The client delays or fails to provide necessary access or information
- Issues arise from third-party tools, platforms, or APIs outside our control
- The client has already approved and used the deliverables
5. Partial Refunds
For projects partially completed before cancellation, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet delivered. This is calculated fairly and agreed upon in writing.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@hashturn.com with your project details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the issue fairly.
7. Fiverr Orders
For projects commissioned through Fiverr, Fiverr's own dispute resolution and refund policies apply in addition to this policy. Please refer to Fiverr's Terms of Service for details.
